Some Innovative Exercises

Biceps curl with bar and tubing

Here Terrie demonstrates a biceps curl using a barbell while also attaching tubing for more added resistance.

Alternating dumbbell press on ball

Terrie does an alternating chest press using dumbbells while lying supine on a stability ball.

Lunge on balance beam

Terrie performs a lunge on a balance beam while also doing shoulder presses with a medicine ball.

Press and row combo

Terrie uses tubing with resistance coming from both behind and the front to perform a combination back row with one arm and a chest press with the other.
