All our personal trainers are degreed in the exercise sciences and/or are nationally certified with only the top qualifiying organizations such as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and Resistance Training Specialists (RTS). All Beyond Fitness trainers are professionally insured.

Robert Garza, ACE-CPT, RTS2
With over 25 years experience in the fitness industry, Robert continually delivers exceptional personal training services. Your training sessions with Robert are designed with creative and innovative exercise techniques that will have you reach your desired goals. Over the years he has acquired over 5 national personal trainer certifications as well as serving seven years as faculty member and international lecturer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He enjoys training clients of all types and goals including, youth and adult sports conditioning, post-rehabilitation, fat loss, and strengthening for the elderly population. Robert continues to educate through the industrys leading personal training organizations such as The American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Todd Adams, ACE-CPT
Fueled by his belief that any goal can be achieved with mental and spiritual strength, Todd brings a great attitude to his training. Combined with his personal passions for bodybuilding and sports, Todd approaches every client with the goal of helping each to reach his or her potential safely and effectively. In addition to helping adults increase lean muscle and overall fitness, Todd has developed an affinity for youth sports training and weight loss. Currently certified by the American Council on Exercise, Todds next career move is to take the International Youth Conditioning Association exam.

Andrew Eaton, NASM-CPT, CSCS
The former Director of Health and Fitness for the Deerfield Multiplex and the Bannockburn Club, Andrew has over 16 years of professional experience. He has obtained personal training certifications from AFAA, ACE, and NASM, earned the NSCAs Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential, and completed levels one and two of the Resistance Training Specialist program. He is a former continuing education provider for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This base of knowledge has been essential in designing programs for a wide range of individuals, from post-rehabilitative patients to collegiate and professional athletes, as well as those seeking general fitness goals. Also a certified National Youth Sports Coach, he spends the spring and fall coaching youth sports teams.

Marc Wozniewski, BS., NSCA-CPT, CSCS
As a high school tennis champion and collegiate hockey athlete, Marc developed the excellent leadership and motivational skills that he brings to every session. Highly adept at fat loss, functional & core training, as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist he specializes in Sport-specific and Group Athlete Training. Marcs mission is to teach, encourage, and empower each client to achieve his or her potential. Marc spends personal time playing hockey and tennis, playing the drums, and taking adventure trips. He is constantly striving for personal and professional growth, both as a means to be an example to those around him, and to lead by serving others.

Pantel Antoniou, AFAA-CPT
With over nine years of experience as a trainer, Pantel works with a wide variety of clientele to help them achieve great results. Whether someone seeks to be more muscular, lose weight, or just live a healthier lifestyle, Pantel designs and implements a custom program. Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, he continues to dedicate his time to learning more about the field by taking continuing education classes and reading everything he can find regarding health and fitness.

Beata Romozzi, ACE-CPT, AIFE, FPI
Committed to her role as a vehicle to help, assist, and motivate her clients, Beata teaches her clients how to get fit in the gym, while teaching them to live healthier lifestyles in their everyday lives. She partners with each client on the path to optimal health & fitness, sharing their success. Teaching fitness for nearly six years, Beatas educational achievements include certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the American Institute of Fitness Educators, and Fitness Professionals International. Personal time is spent kickboxing, dancing, and working out, and she brings the same energy to her training.
